Jobefi is an AI career agent. It scans job postings, scores how well each one fits your profile, explains that score, tailors a CV and cover letter for roles you pursue, and - only if you enable it, and only above the fit threshold you set - submits applications on your behalf. Every scored match, tailored document, and submitted application is recorded in your activity log.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobefi. Accounts are created and authenticated through Google Sign-In only - we do not offer a separate username/password login. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it's the only key to your Jobefi account.

• Jobefi is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans, billed in advance via Dodo Payments, starting with a 7-day free trial.
• Your payment method is authorized (not charged) when you sign up. If you don't cancel before your trial ends, you're charged for the plan you selected, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period after that unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling during your free trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after your trial has converted to a paid subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and cancelling does not itself trigger a refund of the current period.
• Trial and billing terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Switching between monthly and annual billing may result in an immediate prorated charge or credit, applied via Dodo Payments.

Jobefi never applies to a role on your behalf unless auto-apply is enabled in your settings, and even then, only when a role's fit score clears the threshold you chose. You can switch to approve-first mode at any time, review any tailored document before it's used, and see a timestamped record of every application submitted. You are responsible for reviewing the roles and documents Jobefi acts on and for adjusting your preferences and thresholds to reflect what you actually want applied to.

You retain ownership of your CV, the preferences you provide, and the documents Jobefi tailors for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service described in Section 1 - matching, tailoring, and applying on your behalf. We don't use your CV or application content to train third-party models, and we don't license or resell it to anyone.

You agree not to:

• Use Jobefi to scrape, resell, or redistribute job listings or match data at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent the fit-score gating or misrepresent your profile to manipulate matches.
• Use the service to submit fraudulent or materially false application content.
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service's infrastructure.

Jobefi improves the speed, targeting, and transparency of your job search - it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control (employer decisions, market conditions, your qualifications, and so on).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 6, with notice where practicable.

Jobefi is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed opportunities, employer decisions, or errors in AI-generated content that you chose not to review before it was used.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly. Continued use of Jobefi after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
